Staff Advance

10:18 pm - Monday Nite

Today we crammed a 2 and a half day Staff retreat (Advance - I'm sick of retreating!) into about 8 hours... I think that we're all beat after pushing our minds to the end of their collective limits.

Our guest conference leader was Dr. Tom Cheyney, Resourcing Preparedness Manager for the North American Mission Board. Dr. Tom flat out challenged this staff with some unbelievable questions. (how many times did he ask a question to us that we absolutely COULD NOT answer? )

We are challenged, beat, determined (did i say challenged?). I wish that i could tell you of all the exciting decisions we've made - truthfully, we were more retrospective and contemplative than making decisions. Maybe in the near future major dividends will show. Know this - the challenges that have been presented will turn this region upside down for JESUS!

On another note...

I believe that on Tuesday nite many people will come to know JESUS as we celebrate JESUS through the life of Bear Collins. Love ya'll - see you tonite!
